The staff were incredibly friendly and the
room was nice, although it felt a bit small. The decor was tastefully done, and the central location made it easy to explore. However, we did experience some noise from the street during the night.

Exceptional service and charming decor
My stay at this hotel was delightful, marked by exemplary service from the staff who were attentive and friendly throughout. I particularly enjoyed the heritage balcony room, which offered a charming ambiance with beautiful decor. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a diverse selection of delicious dishes. However, the food can be a bit pricey compared to local eateries.

Recommend it for families with kids
The staff treated us like royalty. I mentioned to the team how much my kids love pancakes and the next morning they surprised us with a pancake feast which made their day.
Yeah it wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience we got it was still worth it.

The dining options at Claridges were a total win, especially the breakfast buffet that served up a fantastic selection of local and international delights. The restaurant staff brought their A-game, making each meal a joy. Also, the location was perfect for accessing nearby gems like Dhaba and Jade.
While the vibe was classy, the rooms felt a bit drab and needed some TLC. Our balcony had potential but lacked charm, and the sheer number of decorative pillows made things cluttered.

missingWrote a review on Apr 25luxurious accommodationsclosed poolpoor communication
Elegant and luxurious accommodations.
Our stay was marred by an incredibly frustrating experience. First, the pool was completely closed for a private party during the Holi festival, leaving us with no facilities to enjoy while paying full price for our room. We were not informed of this beforehand, and it was disheartening to watch non-guests enjoy amenities meant for hotel patrons. Additionally, communication with the staff was a hassle. they seemed more interested in their routine than addressing our concerns or needs.

We had a fantastic two-night stay and absolutely loved our spacious Heritage Room. The poached eggs at breakfast were to die for! The outdoor swimming pool and spa services truly helped us unwind, making our trip even better. One little hiccup was some noise from a nearby event, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊
